The red sunflower, Prado Red or Red Sun, is a hybrid sunflower and does not occur naturally in nature or produce seeds like the traditional sunflower. It does have the ability to produce multiple heads. It is the state flower of Kansas, and the national flower of Ukraine. The sunflowers message is to stand tall, follow your dreams, and to focus on what is positive in your life.

I've been interested in photography since I was very young, but only took a serious interest a few years ago. I enjoy shooting close-ups, macro and abstract photographs the most, but landscapes and seascapes are so beautiful I find myself shooting those a lot too. Take a look through my gallery.
